Have you ever had one of those moments where you worried about not being good enough…practiced, visualized, reworked, practiced more, and still felt that anxious apprehension in the pit of your stomach??
Oh, is that just me? …ummm, nevermind! 😉
This happened to me recently while preparing for my TEDx talk. Here’s brief video of my experience
Action Step: In preparation for one of your anxious moments, take the time each day to practice a sense of trust in the universe. Let go of a concern you have (after you’ve done everything in your power to prepare of course) and sit in that place of faith, that quiet conviction that everything is going to be ok. Breathe through it. And let me know how it feels.
