What do you do when you’re falling apart?
Crumbling, scared- all over, must start.
The world on your shoulders, your heart broke in two…
A penny in your pocket, but only a few.
Discontent, pain and fear, hold on like a lifeline.
To the rest of the world, it appears you’re just fine.
Stop, look no further, just pick up the phone.
A hand, hug or ear here, you are not alone.
This is dedicated to a dear friend but is for any client or friend that needs to know they aren’t alone and that this too shall pass.

- Know that you aren’t alone. There are people out there that want to help if they knew that you needed it. Overcome the fear of picking up the phone or opening your heart and ask for help when you need it. (if you can’t think of who in your immediate sphere…please know that I’ll offer to listen)
- Breathe and take an action. Sometimes when things are tough we become immobilized. Simple movement can help to generate the energy you need to move forward. Take a walk. Change your scenery. Make a list. Call a friend. Visit a client.
- Remember how powerful your thoughts are…if you find yourself focusing on the negative, worrying, complaining, or projecting all the things that could go wrong…STOP! Focus on solutions.
These are a just a few places to begin. Once you find your energy changing into a more neutral or positive state then you can engage in actions that take the lessons from this challenge and use it to create great success in your life!
