Take Back Control of Your Life!

Step 1- Freedom

Think about where you are right now in your career and relationships.  Did you imagine yourself in a different place by this point in your life?  Have you ever thought, “Is this all there is?”  Do you want more?

I recently discussed the importance of giving yourself permission to live a joyful life.  This is essential if you truly want to move forward.

Often people go through life working and living and fulfilling expectations that were set by others.  Then one day stop and say….I want more.   I have a 5 step process that has brought the people I coach to new levels of wealth, love, success, and joy.  But no one can get anywhere in the process until they start with Step 1- Freedom.  The realization that it’s time to take back control of your life.

Recognize that there is something missing and most importantly (get ready for this)

………………..That you deserve to have all you desire.

You are an extraordinary person with a rare gift to offer the world.  If you limit yourself you are actually depriving the world of the something special only you can bring to the table.  It’s ok if you don’t yet know what your unique gift is- that will come.  The first step is to acknowledge that if you are not living a joyful life, you probably haven’t tapped into your distinctive talent yet.  You deserve to be.  And the world deserves what you have to offer.

Follow your path and you will find an energy and abundance of love, success, and joy.

Action Step:  Take back control by recognizing that you deserve to have all you desire.  It’s ok to want more.  If there were no limits what would you want to do?  Make a list of the top 10 things you would do if there were no monetary, time, or other restrictions.  Humor me and let go of any voices in your mind that say “that’s not possible!” and just make the list.  We will adapt it and use it for your joyful living plan.
